The Directorate of Culture, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, organized a grand ceremony to mark the reopening of Nishtar Hall after its renovation and the commencement of the RICH Mela. The event was attended by distinguished guests, artists, cultural representatives, and members of the community.

Mr. Mehmood Khan, Minister for Sports, Tourism and Culture, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. In his address, he appreciated the efforts of the Directorate of Culture in reviving Nishtar Hall as a hub of cultural activities and promoting regional art, music, and traditions through such initiatives.
