Under a developmental scheme, the Directorate provides facilities for financial assistance and book publication of culture related unpublished material for the deserving cultured personals.

            The aforementioned exercises are carried out under an established mechanism. Prescribed application forms are available on both the website and at Directorate of Culture’s office, to be filled by any concerned who is citizen of this province and considers him self deserving for the above facilities. The filled Performa along with other details such as Copies of CNIC Card, Medical Report (in case of ailing personals), Composed Copy of Manuscript (Hard & Soft) where after submitted to notified committees, comprise on eminent Writers, Poets,  Artists, Cultural Journalists and Cultural Activist of the province, who scrutinize and recommend the deserving cases for onward implementation to the Directorate.
